'Udeytemp' HIGH TEMPERATURE CABLES

‘Udeytemp’ is a specially developed asbestos free insulation material for high temperature use can be insulated on all types of cables covering a vast variety of applications. This is a special type of insulation which enhances the operating temperature of the cable to a max of 1000° C.

Features

  • Insulation reacts to flame and heat by creating a thermal barrier which protects the conductor
      and maintain conductance.
  • Does not propagate flame.
  • Insulation has good mechanical resistance to withstand repeated shock and blows at high
       temperature.
  • Highly flexible, compact and can be stripped with Conventional tools.
  • Wide range: 400°C & 1000°C.

 

‘Udeytemp 400’
 

Conductor:

• Type: Nickel plated stranded annealed copper wire.
• Size: 1.5 to 10 sq. mm.
• Options: Thermocouple extension / compensating leads.

Insulation:

• Peak Temperatures: 400°C ( dry tests ).*
• Specially bonded combinations of Mica organic Polymers ( poly tetra fluro ethylene and saturated high temperature
   fibers, No asbestos ).
• Small wall thickness for flexibility.
• Continuous lengths of 100 meters.
• Standard color choice available.
 
‘Udeytemp 1000’
 

Conductor:

• Type: Bare stranded annealed copper wire.
• Size: 1.5 to 10 sq. mm.
• Options: Thermocouple extension / compensating leads.

Insulation:

• Peak Temperatures: 1000°C ( dry tests ).*
• Special high temperature fibers, No asbestos.
• Small wall thickness for flexibility.
• Continuous lengths of 100 meters.
• Standard color white.
